MUZIEK - Layba started playing music when he was 5 years old. He was born into the Diawara music-family from Guinea. Layba has over 35 years experience in the music world and is an avaid performer.
PERFORMANCE - Layba performs solo or with his band 'Ba-dala'. He is always billed on concerts, dancehall and liveshows within the European Union and around the world.
CREATIEF - Music sits in Layba's soul... that is why this cross-cultural artiste is intertwined with his instruments. From lead-guitar, djembe, xylophone, drums, to kora, Layba is embedde in creative expressions and facilitating new rythmns.
